About Flowers

How long do your flowers last?

In Singapore's hot and humid weather, fresh flowers typically last 3-5 days. Different flowers have varying vase life durations, so expect some blooms to last longer than others.

How can I keep my flowers fresher for longer?

For Bouquets:

Remove all packaging and trim stems on a slant with a sharp knife or scissors, this ensures there is plenty of surface space on the stem to absorb water.

Place in fresh, deep water using the flower food provided. We recommend refreshing the water every day in the wet season and every second day in the dry. Fresh water will ensure no bacteria is absorbed and gives your florals the environment to live their best lives. Re-cut stems each time the water is changed.

For Arrangements/Baskets/Boxes :

Minimal maintenance required due to floral foam inside. Top up with fresh water daily.

We accept major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We also offer the convenience of payment through digital wallets, such as Apple Pay and Google Pay.

What is your delivery policy?

Our Delivery Time Slots are available from Monday-Sunday

Morning : 9AM-1PM
Afternoon : 2PM-6PM
Night : 7PM-10PM

** Excluding festive periods such as Chinese New Year/Valentines' Day/Mothers' Day/Christmas.

We offer Free Delivery on all orders Islandwide except for Restricted Areas such as Tuas, Penjuru, Jurong Island, Army Camps, Airline Road, Sentosa Island, Airport Terminals, PSA ports, and Sembawang Shipyard.

My recipient did not receive the flowers, can you make a re-delivery?

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the recipient is present at the delivery address on the specified date and time stated during order confirmation. Our delivery partners are not liable to chase and contact the recipient should they not be present during the delivery time. In the event that a re-delivery is required, an additional fee of $15 will be applied to your order and have to be paid before the re-delivery.

I might have given the wrong address/delivery timing

You'll get an email when your order is confirmed. Please ensure that you have input the right delivery date and address. If not, please WhatsApp +65 8760 7348 within ONE (1) day of receiving the confirmation email. If not, the customer would bear all the fees that comes with redelivery or forfeiture of product.
